Italian Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Pork chops (bone in)
Panko Bread Crumbs
1 pack of Italian Seasoning
Parmesan Cheese
Butter or Olive Oil Cooking spray
Beaten eggs

*amount depends on your preference. I did 6 chops, so I used about 1 cup crumbs, 1 packet, 1/2 cup cheese…

~ Preheat oven to 450°.
Spray edged baking sheet with cooking spray.
Mix dry ingredients.
Dip pork chop in egg and then cover in breading mix. Place on sheet. Repeat with all chops.
Spray top of pork chops with cooking spray.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Sticky Pork Chops

4 pork chops
3/4 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 Tbsp ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 chili, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon

~Mix all ingredients together except the chops. Place chops in a bowl and pour sauce over. Marinate 20 minutes to 2 hours.
Fry in a skillet, browning on both sides, and basting in the remain sauce. Pour on rest of the sauce, turn down the heat, cover and let simmer until cooked through.

Could also be used on the grill!

Pork Chops in the Slow Cooker

1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup

1 package of dry ranch

4 minced garlic cloves

1/2 cup of chicken broth

pepper to taste

mushroom pieces (optional)

~Place chops in the bottom of the slow cooker and season with pepper.  Add in mushroom pieces and garlic.  Sprinkle ranch over the top.  Mix soup and chicken broth and pour in slow cooker.

Cook on low 6-7 hours.

Paprika Pork Chops and Broccoli with Raisins

4 thick pork chops

1 tbsp of EVOO

Paprika

salt

pepper

10 oz broccoli

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 tbsp lemon juice

~Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Season pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika.

Brown on both sides in the EVOO over medium-high heat, about 3 minutes each side.  Move to a cookie sheet and bake in oven for 10 minutes.

Reheat skillet to medium heat.  Saute’ onions and raisins for about 30 seconds to a minute. Add broccoli. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Once heated through, add in lemon juice.

Baked Breaded Pork Chops

4 thick cut boneless pork chops

2 tbsp melted butter

1 egg, beaten

2 tbsp milk

1/4 tsp pepper

1 cup dry bread crumbs, seasoned

 

~Preheat oven to 425  degrees.

Pour melted butter in the bottom of a baking dish, big enough to hold 4 pork chops.

Mix the egg, milk and pepper.

Cover the pork chops in the egg mixture and then coat in the dry bread crumbs.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, and then flip. Bake another 10-15 minutes.
