Teriyaki Tuna Steaks
1 lb of tuna steaks
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp cooking sherry
2 tbs pineapple juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
~Place the tuna steaks in a baking dish.
Mix all other ingredients together well.
Pour over top of the tuna steaks.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
