4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

10-15 baby red potatoes, quartered

2 cans of green beans, drained (frozen will also work, or broccoli)

1 packet dry Italian dressing

1 stick melted butter

~Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place chicken down the center of a 13 x 9 baking dish.

Place potatoes on one side, and green beans on other.

Sprinkle with packet of dry dressing.

Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake for 1 hour.


*from what I’ve read on this recipe, it a great one if delivery a meal to someone else, such as new parents, someone who lost a love one, someone who had surgery…  It’s easy to store and they can just pop it in the oven when ready.
